Hy there and just joined the diet chef program . The meals are very good. Very tasty and I find they are quite filling when you add your veggies and fruit. Great for me as I work and don't have the time for calorie counting or want to do that either. Never having been on a diet before I am really pleased as the pounds are starting to fall off. Still have quite a way to go to get to my required weight but the confidence is there now.
