Exante Diet

Late delivery with no notification of delay or response to my facebook note

Website advises free next day delivery if ordered before a certain time (which I did), I then didn't receive my delivery the next day (a Friday), contacted them by email and was advised they had a problem in the warehouse so would recieve my order on the Monday (3 days LATE!).

I asked on their facebook page why they didn't contact me to advise me of this if it was a known issue and why they could not organise a Saturday delivery as it was their issue and I had no reply!!!!

We are very sorry your order was not delivered as it should have been. We had a problem at our main distribution center, which although very unusual did on this occasion cause some delays to a small amount of our deliveries. We were not able to inform customers individually, as until the system error was rectified were unsure who, if any, had been effected.
