I bought a Atmos 2 tent from them which turned out not to be appropriate for me due to misleading information. After contacting Simplyhike they clarified the issue and arranged for collection for ful refund. Fantastic service support all the way through. Delivery/Collection time was excellent being informed what hour of the day it would happen really made planning easy.
