I ordered 3 bouquets from these for my cousin who is ill in hospital in Australia. Her family in the UK wanted her to know just how much we were thinking of her & spent a total of £180 on these flowers.
The flowers arrived on time but definitely weren't anything like the bouquets ordered & looked like they were of value of around £25 combined. One bouquet which I paid £55 for had a total of 4 flowers in it. I was disgusted & very dissapointed in the flowers received. I emailed flora queen who emailed me back within the hour & told them I would require them to rectify this. They were very apologetic & assured me they would get onto sorting this problem straight away. After 3 days of them trying to come to some arrangement with their florist there still wasn't a solution so I requested that they issue me with a full refund so that I could reorder from elsewhere. My refund request was accepted within the hour & showed up in my bank 3 days later.
Although I did have to reorder from elsewhere I was very happy with their customer services who always replied to every email I sent & within 1 hour & I am very grateful for my easy refund. I think flora queen is a very good company but I just think that maybe they need to get some much more reliable florists.
