Having a look at your order the delivery was made next day and the eta given by our couriers was between 11-15.00 checking on the tracking i believe the goods were signed for at 15.00. The times given are an estimate The reason behind this is that drivers' schedules change constantly throughout the day due to traffic and other circumstances beyond their control, but this delivery does appear to have been made within this eta.
