There was nothing wrong with the product which is of the highest quality.
The Order Dept needs a little adjustment. I oredered two items on the 5th March.. Every time I used the tracking system, it just told me my order was "Processing
On the 14th March I sent an email requesting an update to my order only to find that the items arrived later that morning in the post. Surely a "Dispatched" notification could have been left in my account which would then have allowed me to leave a 5* rating.
As I said nothing tragic, the system just needs a little tweaking to bring Customer Service up to 100% satisfaction.
