I sent my device to repairs4 and it was received on the 4th march. It is now the 14 and my phone is still with your company. I was contacted to be told that you had not got the parts so you would place me as priority but I don't feel that this is acceptable. I have not been offered a refund, which I feel is only fair as you have not provided the service I paid for. Especially not when I emailed to explain that I could have paid £20 less for a repair that would have had my phone back by now.
I've been let down by your company and I don't feel anything has been done to make it better. I certainly will not be using this service again, but will await to see a response with regard to how you're going to make this better for me as your customer.
