Website kept failing after I had filled in my credit card details and saying my bank had denied payment. I rang and the girl said that since I had changed the section my name to be exactly as it appears on my credit card in the 'Name exactly as it appears on your credit card' section from their own prompt it had failed. I tried three times with two different cards but each time it said it had failed. To my horror when I rang again I was told that I had made three identical bookings. Luckily this new lady managed to refund two of them but because it was registering my orders the price was creeping up. I notice that I have been charged for the top price booking!!
