I used Travelwise with caution at first as it is a recent newcomer to foreign exchange. I have now used them twice and on both occasions the transfer was quick and the rates ther best I could find anywhere. If you need to exchange sterling for euros, this company is as good as any.
I registered to make a transaction but had to wait to be contacted by phone to place the deal. When the contract note was sent to me, it asked for details of the beneficiary to be completed. As it was a .pdf form, it couldn't be edited so I had to email with the details. I regularly use other exchange companies like Hifx and Transferwise whose procedures for buying currency on line couldn't be easier. I'm not sure that I'll be using Currencies Direct again.
