received a faulty microwave from Hughes direct via amazon
the item was faulty and a refund was arranged whet it was sent back
for the 4th time the dpd couriers used by them has not turned up
(need the refund to get a new one from other supplier)
the just keep giving me new dates and nothing else
dpd finally picked up the faulty microwave,on the 5th arranged date
i now wonder how long it will be before i get my refund
(a full refund was given with no problems within a few days)
