Once your account is set up, money transfers are really easy to do yourself online, and if into a currency not supported online, staff are super helpful on the phone to get your money moved to wherever it is you want it sent. I've used it since January this year and have no complaints! And their rates are better than you'd get going through your regular bank. A no-brainer, really.
