Delivery 2 days late and then 5 shelves of the delivery were broken so in a word - disappointed!

I have bought from Big Dug before without any problem so I had no hesitation in placing an order with you again.
Sadly it did not go as well this time! The delivery was two days late and I suspect would have been even later had I not supplied specific details for the delivery. This really should have not been needed as we receive deliveries daily from many different companies without any problem at all. Then when the units were delivered I found that one package had sustained damage to one corner resulting in 5 shelves being unusable - I just hope that the delivery of the replacements doesn't take so long. I received a partial refund of the delivery charge but I would rather have had everything on time and in one piece!
I suspect that this was a one off blip as previous deliveries have been faultless, lets hope so!

I am very sorry the goods were not delivered on time, I can see that the goods were dispatched on time but there were some problems with the delivery.
This is a rare situation that we find ourselves in and we do try our very best to get the goods to you on time and I have given the feedback to our couriers to try and resolve the situation so that it doesn’t happen again.
I have sent out a Sorry pack with the replacements requested which should arrive with you shortly which will contain discount on your next order.
