Ordered flowers for Mothers Day - needless to say the flowers that arrived looked nothing like the picture on the website - completely misleading. None of the buds were open and there were a few dusty bits of green foliage. Contacted the customer service via email - no reply after 2 days so I phoned and was given a direct email. A day later they responded that after looking at the picture I had sent with the manager, there was nothing they could do! They should not be allowed to post their 100% satisfaction guaranteed claim on their website as this is a complete lie. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want to be disappointed.
