Disappointing wait for online goods but good price!

Good website, good value for money. Problem with the website is that when asking for Drontal or Frontline, it asks for your pets weight. Not a problem in itself. But it has no weight calibration so if you type in "4", it doesn't know if you mean 4lbs or 4kgs. Pretty important when working out dosage for an animal medication.

Overall, very happy with this initial purchase but what will make me reluctant to order in future was the waiting time for the products. It took nine days for my order to arrive, which is pretty appalling in online shopping. If I have plenty of time to wait for the product, I may order again. If I want it quickly, I may go somewhere else.

Given them 4 stars as 3 stars is a bit harsh just for a slow delivery.
