size really does matter

I ordered 2 trees at 2.5M + in height and even rang to check and was assured they would be around 9feet [ their words] above ground. When they arrived i could see immediately they were short, about 2.2M or less, They did not go above the cane height which was 8ft and 6inches [15cm] of that was below ground. My mistake was to accept them on the basis of a delivery charge refund.
I should have rejected them and got 2 the right size because every time I look up the garden I think its going to be at least another year before they do what I want which is to disguise what is in my neighbours garden.
Perhaps if I was sent 1 at the right size or even bigger I'd be happy.
So as I say 'size is important!
