Today 17/05/2013 I've had another conversation with CHESS and again show how CRAP they really are !!!!!!
I'm a real customer with real problems with CHESS TELECOM, you people who create these fictitious positive reviews should hang your heads in shame, misleading genuine people with lies !!!!!!

The day following my last posting a member of the CHESS team who reports directly to the Director contacted me and asked me to remove the review. When I said NO he told me who he was and that he would sort things for me and that on a daily basis he and the director meet to review progress on things like this, that he would ensure things were sorted personally and he would show me how good CHESS really are !!!!!!
Within a day or so my telephone was working albeit on the wrong number 2 weeks later the correct number, my clients could now contact me after 6 months of being in the wilderness.
Again I was asked to remove TRUSTPILOT comments. Again I said NO, I needed to see my bills sorted, charges removed and some quality customer service, a little bit of sucking up that I was valued and I had been treated badly, that it wasn't the norm.
I was duly given access to a relationship manager who would look after me and sort things out, I was no longer with the minions I was transferred to the premier accounts section that get the best of service.
My relationship manager called and said she would sort my problems out.
Days later she came back to me with an offer which amounted to a few hundred pounds, I refused the offer and asked her would she be happy with it if she were in my shoes.......... I'll go back and have a manager look at your case !!!!!!
What must be 6 WEEKS later I contacted my relationship manager and she said I was now being offered £480 which covered incorrect charges, connection charges and line rental from October 2012 to January 2013.
The fact that I didn't have what I had agreed to such as a land line with my own number till April didn't come into it. There was no mention of the loss of business over the last 6 months, the stress poor service had caused, that I had been treated shabbily, that CHESS had failed to sort my problems in a professional manner and that they should have been in contact sooner rather than wait for me to call for an update.
The bill I've received today has line assurance charges, something they have cheekily added even though I insisted I didn't want it best part of a year ago. They constantly try it on !!!!
My relationship manager passed my account onto her manager today as I'm not happy with this £480 offer and he called me today - what a gem !!!!!!!!
THE ICING ON THE CAKE TO THIS £480 OFFER IS THAT ITS A LAST AND FINAL OFFER AND WILL BE WITHDRAWN IF NOT ACCEPTED BUT THE REAL CHERRY ON TOP IS THAT I MUST AGREE A NEW 24 MONTHS CONTRACT !!!!!!!!

I Don't normally do these things but I've been trying since OCTOBER 2012 to have my telephone line transferred a few hundred yards from 1 office to another and it's STILL not done !!!!!!!
There is no customer service the accounts department bill me for a transfer, they send Openreach to the OLD address to couple up, the office was closed so they bill me for a cancellation.
Never return calls, constant excuses and pointing of blame elsewhere, charge you for services you neither want nor ask for. I cannot think of or state 1 positive thing about them, they even bill you for calls you supposedly made in August and stick them on a November bill when you're billed monthly.
The company is the biggest pile of crap I have ever come across !!!!!!
MY LESSON HAS BEEN STICK WITH A PROPER COMPANY WHO ARE NOT FLY BY NIGHT SHARKS, THE SOONER I HAVE A NEW SUPPLIER THE BETTER

ONE STAR IS FAR TO MANY THEY ARE WELL INTO THE MINUS FOR ME
Whilst scrolling through these reviews I've noticed all the POSITIVE reviews are CONFIRMED all the NEGATIVE ones are still to be CONFIRMED surely if you as a business dealing with customers all the time you would want to clear up the negative stuff and let the positive stuff take care of its self !!!!!!!
I'm not a betting man but I'm sure half the positive stuff is posted by CHESS staff friends and family !!!!!!!
