Iflorist

Jean-Paul Sartre said 'hell is other people', although in my case, 'hell is iflorist.' (Apologies to Sartre)

Where do I start? Well, I ordered some flowers for my mum for Mother's Day, well in advance of the actual date - the bouquet I ordered was 'Lemon Sorbet', a selection of white roses & yellow tulips (my mums favourite colours & flowers) with plenty of greenery. I also paid for a 'large' bouquet as I wanted to impress her on the day. When Mothers Day arrived, I went to look at the flowers. I actually thought my mum had split the bouquet into different vases as what I saw was so sparse, and in all honesty, rather tatty. 9 roses in total, although if you count the snapped one, I suppose that would make 8. I couldn't believe how the money I had spent equated to 9 very sorry looking roses. No effort was made to even make them look like what I had ordered. God forbid had I ordered flowers to place on a grave, or for a funeral! Needless to say I will not be ordering from you again & nor do I expect to receive a response to this. A simple Twitter search revealed many people in the same position. Interfloras business will no doubt be booming after this. It may seem like a lot of fuss to make over some flowers, but when they are 'guaranteed' & sent as a gift, I find the principle overrules. My mum is definitely worth more than 8/9 roses, & that's why I paid more & chose the bouquet I did - I'm sure many others would agree with me.
