Very well thought out and informative post sales service. I was kept fully informed of my order's progress from initial confirmation and dispatch through to delivery.

The shelves were well packaged and assembly instructions were very clear.

Initial impression of the strength was a little worrying (these were the budget line of shelves), but once fully assembled they are rock solid. All the parts were well engineered and fit together accurately.
