We did not receive the good yet

I am not sure whose fault it is yet but we have not received the goods ordered even though we were informed that they had been sent.

Dear Sophie, Your goods were sent by DHL next day delivery service it appears that DHL tried to deliver your package on 12.3.13 but there was no one home. They should have left a card to let you know & so that you can rearrange a suitable delivery day.
I think that a member of our Customer Service team has been in touch to help resolve your delivery issue.
