This was the first time that I had found it necessary to transfer a large amount of money overseas. I was a little apprehensive but I need not have worried. The online website was easy to follow even for a silver surfer, and the total cost was shown (with no extras) early in the process. I completed the request on a Tuesday, the transfer was made on the Wednesday and, even though the it said that it could take 1 - 4 working days to reach my daughters account it arrived on the Thursday. First Class Service, and I was kept informed at all times as to the progress. Will definitely use HiFX again
