First and foremost, MY PHONE IS FIXED, for which I am eternally grateful.
It has showed me how much I am reliant on my phone.The first impressions were superb, as others who have reviewed Repairs4, in that they aknowledged receipt of my phone on "My Dashboard"(4th March).
Only after an email to them on the 3rd day(6th March) to chase my order, did my dashboard change to "parts ordered" and a quick reply to say that they are running behind. I should expect my phone back on the 14th March!!! I did express my opinion as to advertising 24/48 hour repairs, but that is by the by. Anyway, nothing had changed on my dashboard until I chased again on the 13th to see if they were on time and whether I would be receiving my phone back as promised?
My phone turned up yesterday, on the 14th March and working.
In summary, I would use them again, but would not have hopes of getting my device back in a hurry, as I initially did this time. I have given a fair review, I think, it would have been a 5, but for the time delay and having to chase for an update.
