Very Poor Service

Only one delivery attempt made, then sent to Post Office (not the local one). No attempt to leave with neighbours, or return to depot for redelivery, or try again the following day.
Customer services give bland cut n paste responses, and despite assurances that the depot will respond - don't.
Refusal to answer local rate phone calls at depot (hang up), trying to enforce national rate 0844 usage.
