Great service

Used to be an Argento customer, they are an appalling company especially customer services - what a joke.
Steffans are simply the opposite, professional and speedy and no delivery charges (unlike Argento) highly recommended, Argento's loss is Steffans gain.



Requested an excvhange
Never arrived
Blamed everyone else rather than accept responsibility
Still NO resolution & still have my money
AVOID - or be ripped off

Hi Mr Pimborough, as I explained on the call, your package arrived to us empty, and we cannot claim on your behalf for any loss you have suffered. I have forwarded images of the package as it arrived from Royal Mail with their warning that the package had been opened, I have send a claim form for you to initiate your claim for your loss from Royal Mail and advised that we will do everything we can to ensure your claim is successful, but as we did not pay for the delivery, we have not suffered the loss, and cannot claim for a loss we have not suffered. We are very sorry that you have been a victim in this case, and as stated will do everything to help you to a satisfactory resolution with Royal Mail.
