A good test of service is how a company reacts when something goes wrong. Clickbasin's reaction to the damaged goods was excellent and as a result I would use them again. They appologised and we arranged for delivery of the new product and the collection of the damaged one. The new one arrived on time and the driver took the damaged one away. Very good service.
Since writing this review praising the the service of Clickbasin I have been asked to edit or delete my comments because they are about the product and not the service I have received. I sent an email to Trustpilot and said that someone should read what I had written before they ask me to edit it. I have had another email from Trustpilot today telling me that if I don't respond they will remove my review. Nothing wrong with the service received from Clickbasin but Trustpilot needs Sorting, and I suppose that this comment will get my review deleted!
