First I think £36 is a lot for delivery when they do not use a decent delivery company (this may vary depending where you live). If you get everything you ordered and it's not damaged you will be OK, problems only come when you have an issue with an item. In my case it was the bath that was badly damaged on the inside (appears from warehouse storage) and also on the outer edge (from delivery company). Their website states they have "Huge stocks" under the "Why shop with us", this appears to be untrue for me as I cannot get a replacement bath from them for over 6 weeks (the website still shows the bath in stock and available to order!). Customer care are OK via the live chat but do not seem to care much about any problems. Do not think I could recommend them to any friend based on this experience, there is too much that could go wrong and then you are in for a long painful journey.
Used this company a couple of times now and ink is always very good. Had a slight problem with delivery of last order (seemed like a Royal Mail error) and Prink customer Service were always very fast to reply and help sort the issue out. Will always be my 1 place for printer ink.
I have now used this company twice and both orders were perfect.
First order was for a pushchair and the second was for a toddler car seat, both items were a great price, easy to order online and both orders were delivered the next day after the order was placed.
