We didnt need a payment terminal, with our bank we HAD to have and pay a monthly charge for a terminal that we would never use, and would have to pay extra for access to a online terminal. With Payment Sense, they took the time to listen to what we needed and where flexibile enough to tailor their product to us.
Jonathan helped us complete every stage of the process, and kept us informed at all times, the rates are significantly less than the ones we where being offered by our own bank and there's no long term tie in to worry about.

We recently converted our four primary business lines from BT to Soho66. The entire process was well managed by Soho66, the only problems where caused by our old telephone supplier not being exactly helpful.
The service has been rock solid, initial problems we had with configuration of our VOIP gateway, where easily solved with excellent support from Soho66.
The only improvements I would like to see are some form of itemised billing, so we can see where the call credit we upload is going and support for G.728 codec to consume less bandwidth.
