Having never used this company before, I jumped in without reading reviews. Had second thoughts after reading reviews, but my experience has been a good one. They were delivered and left for my sister in law even though no-one was home! So glad they did! Haven't sent her flowers before (she lives in the US and ordering in the UK for US delivery is relatively new for me) and she has said they were beautiful.
Have no complaints apart from their support system never seems to get answered. My confirmation stated the US delviery address followed by GBR! I contacted them to make sure it would be a US delivery and no-one replied at all! I was on edge all day waiting for confirmation they had been delivered.
If they signifcantly improve their support system, then I think they would be massively better. Overall I am happy!
