Have just received my parcel posted from England to France,At first i noticed UPS had delivered to the wrong village address.Immediatly Emailed interparcel in the UK and within the hour they had informed UPS who redilivered an hour later.Although I appreciate things can go wrong I think the continued service I received from Interparcel and the customer service team was excellent.Will use again
