Awful service

there were two attempts to deliver my parcel according to DPD website. both times i was at home. the parcel was never delivered. What i noticed from my window is that a driver went to a back door of the house where there is no possibility to call flats. He couldn't be be bothered to walk around the building for an extra 10 meters to find a plate with flat numbers. Ho also didn't leave a yellow card.
When I called the Reading depot a women with an aggressive voice said it was the driver's first week at work so he needs to find his way around. Why should it be MY problem? I paid money for delivery I want it to be done next day. Now I have to go to pick up a parcel myself.
