The diet plan is easy, every meal is all prepacked and ready to microwave or eat cold, just choose a meal which is simular to what the rest of the family is eating and add the same veg as the rest of the family is eating.
I lost 1.5 stone this time last year for my holiday in june, over the year I have gained back about 6lbs due to hols, wedding etc so I am now back to lose another 1.5 stone to get me to my goal weight and ready for my hols in late may.
