Best Mobile Network I`ve Ever Had.
Courteous customer services, excellent mobile coverage, and great value for money. Am on The One Plan which includes 2000 mins, all you an eat data, 5000 text`s and 3000 3 to 3 minutes. More than ample at a very competitive price.

Fantastic Product Range. First Class Customer Service.
Where do I start? Excellent TV package, excellent broadband, and definitely the best customer service I`ve ever experienced. The call centre staff that I`ve dealt with have all been very polite, and easy to deal with. I tell them what I need, and I get it, no problems at all. Excellent HD channel line-up, and On-Demand service. They told me what broadband speed to expect, and that is what I get. Highly recommended...

Worst Customer Services Ever Experienced.
Shocking customer services, Foreign customer services are the most incompetent that I`ve ever dealt with. Constant problems with TV and broadband, serious reliability issue`s. Booking days off work, and Virgin themselves cancelling appointment`s without even contacting me to let me know......
