The website was very easy to use with no nonsense about getting you to give extra details about yourself. I placed my order, paid £10.90 for a 50x40x30cm box that weighed 3kg (very good value in my mind) and a UPS guy picked it up from my house within half an hour (he happened to be in the area!) He was lovely and friendly and the whole thing was as hassle free and reasonably priced as you hope every service will be in life!! (Of course I don't yet know if it's been delivered, but I'm pretty convinced it will be :-))
I needed a high quality voice recorder on a budget and was completely new to this area of technology. Affter 2 days of searching on the internet I was as confused as when I'd started. I called Sound Exposure as they had the cheapest of the recorders that I thought I might want. Their price was so good I needed to check they weren't dodgy (the first one I tried was!) The sales team were so fantastically helpful. They spent ages chatting to me about the realities of what was on offer and what was best for me and there was no hard sell. I ordered online straight after the call and received the recorder the next day. I only wish that dealing with every company was as easy, helpful and good value as this one.
I love fatface clothes. I hardly buy anything anywhere else. But in recent times the clothes that I buy are just not that well made. Buttons fall off easily, the cut isn't done well and things are generally lopsided. This is such a shame. I recently ordered lots of clothes in the online sale and picked them up in store. Staff in the store were very chatty and friendly but after I'd returned most of the clothes after trying them on in store, I was still in the store when I overheard the sales assistant who had served me and been all friendly and nice making unfortunate comments to another member of staff about me for returning the clothes. This is not really acceptable, even if they did think that I had left the shop, and it makes me not really want to go back into that particular shop.
My experience with the lettings branch of Norwich Haart was the worst that I've experienced in over 15 years of dealing with Estate Agents in different ways. They charge tenants more than most others out there but have no follow up whatsoever. When I had a major problem with the house not being as it was advertised to me I was told that it wasn't their problem, but only after being fobbed off extensively. I'm really not sure what I paid £300 for.
24 days ago I ordered a lightweight viola case which I needed for a week of gigs. I ordered from DJMMusic because of price but mostly their advertised delivery time of up to 5 days. After a week I emailed and they said there was a delay from the supplier but it should be with me very soon. 24 days after my order and I've not got a case and had no contact from them for 2 weeks.
