Never actually experienced such bad customer service as I did with Miss Guided.
I requested next day delivery, but I’ve happy to accept that sometimes it’s the couriers fault so I waited an extra 5 DAYS! So after 5 days I understandably started to wonder where my package was, so checked the tracking and a complete stranger had signed for it 2 days before. When I spoke with the courier company, the address miss guided had given them was completely incorrect.
So the courier company told me to contact Miss Guided, but the only way I could contact them was via twitter (very professional)!! When I finally received a response, they just told me to go back to the couriers. When I went back to the couriers, they were just as unhelpful and told me to go back to misguided. I was basically getting nowhere!
Luckily I had paid via PayPal, so they looked into the matter on my behalf, and after 2 months managed to refund me my £70.00!!
Funny thing is, I forgot to add something to my order, so ordered it separately… that managed to get to me (still 3 days late), but was a size 14 when I ordered a size 10)! I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of sending it back, as it was obvious I wasn’t going to get a refund after finding this review website… So I sold it on Ebay!
In the first instance, I would suggest never to purchase anything from Miss Guided, but if you do, pay via paypal!
Never had any issues with Boohoo, they are simply excellent!
Whilst sometimes the delivery of items can be quite slow, this is due standard shipping, but the items are such good value for money always exactly as described, and if something isn't quite right and I return, I always receive a refund within 7 days. The free return postage is such a bonus too!
I'm already looking forward to payday so I can purchase a few more items!
