I ordered a pair of boots from H&M 15 days ago, I received a text on 09/03/13 to confirm I would received my order within 24hours which I didn't, they attempted to deliver on 13/03/13 and failed despite somebody being in the house, they then attempted to redeliver but I was un available as they were 3 days late for the original delivery date. I tried to contact MyHermes who wouldn't discuss the matter,wouldn't let me make a complaint and basically didn't care. I then contacted H&M to try and organise a re delivery, they said it may get delivered in a week when it was convenient but said they were no guarantees, this would then go into 3 weeks after my order was placed. MyHermes lack communication and the ability to confirm dates, it has been the worst experience I've had with a delivery company and I will no longer be ordering from H&M or any other company that use MyHermes.
