I ordered 2 outdoor american chairs from this company and unfortunately one was damaged in transit. Their customer service department is excellent and after speaking to a lady there I received a replacement in less than 24 hours.
If I could rate this company at zero stars then I would do so. I paid for deivery today and opted for the parcel to be left with a neighbour who was in. I arrived home to find a 'missed delivery' note through my door indicating that the driver had not even attempted to leave with my neighbour as agreed. Following a fiasco of telephone calls and emails (to which they did not respond by the way) I am finally having to drive over 13 miles tonight at my own expense of time and petrol to collect this item. Unless I receive a refund for my delivery cost I will be reporting to my local Trading Standards as I believe this to surely be a breach of contract.
