pay premium money for what....rubbish service

So my delivery was rearranged for today as they failed to deliver last Friday due to their incompetence in not knowing how to push a button. This time I had my friend wait in my flat but he told me no one came. Checked the website and again it said that there was no one in the flat so unable to deliver. I honestly feel that their drivers need more training so they know how to use a door bell or buzzer. If they don't know how to use it how are we suppose to know someone is outside.
Rearranged delivery for Wednesday. Hopefully it's third time lucky, though I have little faith. If they fail again i'll probably cancel my order and reorder it Using Royal Mail (reliable and cheap) . Last time I'll ever use DPD. Worst delivery company ever.
