Late delivery and confusion around website price and that quoted give the service a low score.

Staff have been very helpful and follow up was quick from them but the fact that the order will arrive many days late and the initial confusion around price means that I have to rate the service low. The website gave a price which it said would have no delivery charge and then this charge was added when I actually placed the order. I am still not sure how much will come out of my bank account and I still have not received the product which was due to be delivered three days ago.

Thanks for taking the time to review your order with us, and may I firstly offer my sincerest apologies that you feel you have to rate us so low.

With regards to P&P being added between the initial checkout and confirmation...this appears to be a system glitch, which now it has been brought to our attention is being looked at right now by our developers for a fix. As discussed with my colleague, our records show that we only charged the amount that you were expecting, although of course if your records show different then please let us know.

We're also sorry that your delivery is running late, but initially we were provided with an incomplete address which our courier couldn't use. We contacted you to confirm the house number so they knew where to go and hopefully your order should arrive today as as discussed.

We're glad you found us to be helpful when you contacted us though, and we hope that you get years of faithful service from your order when it reaches you.
