I ordered a wii u after seeing the next day delivery promotion. Ordered on Wednesday before 2pm to recieve the next working day. I didn't actually recieve the product till a week later. No explanation, no real apology. Contacted message center, which wasnt really respndive. So tweeted - but the level of customer service was terrible. No telephone call centres, which means you have to rely on the rubbishes sage center. Sort it out Zavvi; don't advertise things you can not fulfill. Shame really, as I used to use the HUT previously; just seems to have gone down hill.
