My mother has bought tickets for One Directions show on 20/03/13. She booked them back in November 2012 and was told the tickets would arrive closer to the date of the concert. It's now 4 days away and still no tickets. She tried emailing Viagogo only to receive generic computer responded emails telling her on the event of tickets not showing up she can be provided alternate tickets which may be worse than what she paid for. She has tried ringing up the contact lines and received nothing of use. She paid over £300 for high standard tickets for my 5 yr old niece who will be distraught if the tickets don't show up. This is unacceptable.
