I made an order for 3 items which were supposed to be in stock. I then received an Email to say that one of the items would not be due in for 3 months. I phoned up and cancelled this item asking for a refund. 3 weeks later I have not received the refund and I have not received the other 2 items, 1 of which was in stock, now suddenly is out of stock. I'm now in the 4th week and have given up and have asked for a full refund!
