We didn't get our delivery on the day we asked for. We couldn't contact the delivery service as the mobile number never answered. When the sofa bed arrived it was a second & it took them 3 days to reply during which time 1 of the legs fell off & then they asked us if we would accept the sofa if they took 10% off the price. It then took another 3 days for a reply. This was a call to book a call back to sort out the issue. The call never happen so we e-mailed them with a day to pick the sofa up. It has now taken 2 days for them to reply & tell us that they can't do the day we have asked for because they need more time than we gave them which would be understandable if they didn't state that it was because they had only just been told by us today. As of now I wouldn't trust this company as far as I could thrown it.
The delivery service is none existent, the customer service the same & if anyone decides to buy from this company all I can say is buyer be very aware
