Service not up-to par this time around

I purchase the item on Feb. 26th from Dubai and had it shipped to Switzerland were I was expected to be the follwoing wee,.
First problem was that the item could not be tracked from their website, efforts to contact Customer Service by phone were unsuccessful. Wrote to them on March 3rd and they reply the following day with a link to track the shipment.
I learnt then that is was stuck in Germany due to a problem with the customs documentation. Tryed once again to reach Tradeinn to expedite clearance without any luck, phones were just not answered.
Item remained stuck in customs until March 7th and only arrived to destination in Zurich by March 11th...by then I had returned to Dubai..!!!!
Very disapointed with the lack of availability from Customer Service, will not shop again as the savings do not make up for the shortcomings.
