Rather upset...

I ordered my new chicken house on line and it arrived the next day, I was delighted with such excellent service and speedy delivery. Having put it up yesterday, i have to admit I was pretty upset at the quality of the house, on the large door the tongue and groove had come apart where very small screws had been used and not gone through all of the wood, there was no door on the house where the hens come in and out so no way of locking them in over night, and it was not as deep as advertised. After a heavy night of rain last night I have just gone outside to check the house and, having put it together exactly as per the instructions, I go out to find the pull out tray is full of water where it has dripped through over night. Lucky my chickens weren't in there.. I am meant to be collecting my hens this morning, but now need to do some repairs and remediation to the house before I can put them in there. I was so excited about this coop, having had a great ordering experience, but I am so upset at the quality for what is a rather expensive house...
