Short measures

I have used frost a few times and always been happy,this time though I feel a little less happy,I ordered a motor cycle petrol tank repair kit,which turned up quickly,only to find contents of part of this kit not sealed,on instructions it said there was 975 ml of fluid and to mix with same amount of water,but due to not having a large enough container measured out only 300ml and mixed with same amount of water,used this to clean tank as instructed, then measured out another 300ml to repeat ,only to find that there was only 600ml in bottle,nearly 40% less than advertised ,having used the first 300ml I could not return the item,so left a message on answer phone ,I have never been called back, not had apology or explanation as to why I have paid for 100% but only got 60% of item ,not very happy and will not use frost again as no customer service and feel cheated.

Dear Mr Buck.
Our apologies for your frustration here as this is not how Frost manage our customer service experience.Unfortunatley we cannot trace your message on our answer machine and this would explain why we have not responded.
As you know your product is packaged at the manufacturer in the USA and there may be very rare occasions when their manufacturing process does fail.But as this is the first short measure we have had reported and POR15 are a world renowned manufacturer we would deem this an isolated case.
We would of course compensate customers in this scenario, and if you require further fuel tank sealer we will provide free of charge. Equally if you have completed your project then we will provide a goodwill gesture on your next order.
For future reference please also note that customerservices@frost is a helpline which comes direct to myself so that I ensure all customers are cared for as I would like to be treated, equally my personal email is you will see from feedback the vast majority of our customers report a positive experience with Frost and we continually strive to improve this.
