The 1st jacket I ordered came very quickly but it wasn't going to be warm enough for what I wanted it for, so I rang Webtogs, told them the problems, and with no hesitation they exchanged the jacket for a better, more expensive jacket, but said I could have it for the same price as the previous jacket.
Now that's what I call customer service
