I have had a mixed experience, part of my order arrived promptly and 5 star but another part was "to follow". I then endured the phone system to cancel on the basis of the reviews out there. On getting through and talking to customer services they admitted that they did not have enough stock to fulfill my order but could part fulfill the remainder which I opted to do, cancelling that bit they could not honour. My view is that for understandable cashflow reasons they do not hold a lot of stock and therefore can get caught short when they then need to get stock from suppliers. If I am right then they at worst need to beef up their customer services and information from their suppliers. I have sympathy given the current economic environment but bad reviews may kill them off.......
