My friend celebrated her 40th birthday last week. I wanted to send her a bouquet of flowers, saw something I liked on e-florist, ordered, paid. Job done. What arrived bore no resemblance whatsoever to the bouquet that I had ordered, and whilst I appreciate that there may be some substitutions, this was taking poetic licence too far. I have never seen such a cheap looking bunch of flowers in my life.
I did email e-florist with my complaint, but haven't heard from them, not even an acknowledgement. Perhaps they are too busy working their way through the mountaim of complaints in their in-tray, or perhaps they don't care. I will not be using this company again, and I will be telling all my friends, who hopefully will tell all their friends, not to use this company. Total disappointment.
I contacted customer service, who agreed that there had been a 60% substitute of flowers, but they were not interested. Shocking, shocking company.
And now eflorist have had the cheek to say they have replied. Oh yes, they have replied all right. to tell me that a 60% substitution is, in their opinion, acceptable. Get this eflorist - IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE - YOUR COMPANY HAS AN APPALING TRACK RECORD ON HERE AND DESERVES TO FAIL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL ENSURE SURVIVAL IN THIS CLIMATE. YOUR COMPANY HAS NONE.
