Texts and phone numbers received saying phone ordered from O2 would be delivered by Wednesday evening. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday still no delivery, no card, no nothing. Called courier who professed ignorance - "no such delivery, how did you get my number?, nothing to do with me" in an ignorant manner. Tried to telephone number of 'head office' which proved even less helpful, all options with references from card, so no card=no references. Website tracking said our post code was wrong (news to us and the Post Office). After several phone calls to O2 and The Carphone Warehouse (getting even more complicated now) finally established the phone had been returned! Carphone Warehouse then told my husband his date of birth was wrong (I think they were confused-we have the birth certificate to prove it). Still trying to sort out what happened, still no phone. Our first (and hopefully our last) experience of 'Yodel'. O2 and Carphone Warehouse are tainted by association.
