E mail problems

Interestingly multi trip were unable to send me my policy documents to my email account but have been able to send me this request for feed back!? I had to go on the web site and retrieve via account. Not sure why this was. i had made a number of phone calls to resend to hotmail account but it would not work! How has this opinion survey request got through and policy info would not?????
