I was attracted by Zavvi's prices but wish now that I had gone elsewhere and paid a few quid more. I paid for next day delivery, which should have arrived on February 12th just in time for my step Dad's birthday. The boxset never arrived so I emailed Zavvi a non receipt of goods disclaimer on March 5th and requested a replacement. I have sent 3 more emails since then and have received no response. There is no way of contacting anyone at Zavvi by phone so it is entirely possible for them to take your money and run. I will never buy anything from these jokers again and would advise others to do the same.
